Casa Bagel is a neighborhood bagel shop tucked along State Route 27 in Rahway, New Jersey; small in footprint, big in flavor. Every morning we boil and bake our bagels with the kind of attention you only find in places that genuinely care. Soft inside, blistered outside, and chewy in all the right places.
The schmears? Made in-house. From a classic Philadelphia® plain to a scallion that fans rave about, plus a lox spread that's earned its own loyal following. Pile any of it on a hot, fresh sesame, everything, or plain bagel and you'll understand the fuss.

I dare you to find a better bagel in all of North Jersey. Soft, fresh and tasty, just the right amount of chew, toasted perfection, generous size. Casa Bagel the Holy Grail of Rahway. …You know they're THAT. GOOD. when, having just returned from a trip to Paris, I am still thinking about these bagels.
A new MUST TRY breakfast spot! I'm sure the lunch is just as good, I've only had the breakfast.
I love how the everything bagel had so much seasoning! Too often places put very little on their bagels. The bagel itself was light, airy and overall a very good bagel! Their Colombian coffee was really good too.
The breakfast platter was a good portion for the price and you could get a bagel with it!
I will definitely be back. The service was quick. There was a little seating area. I also love that you can see the food being cooked on the grill!
Delicious! Very friendly and accommodating staff that makes you want to keep coming back! The jalapeño cheddar bagel is a must have. The bagels are coated in a ton of seeds, esp the everything! Great breakfast sandwiches, high quality and the eggs are always cooked exactly as I request. Clean and neat place, that's runs really efficiently. There's not a ton of seating but I always take to go anyway. They even have a kid sized table and chairs with little activities and for the holidays they give out themed candies! Haven't been to another bagel place since I started coming here and I travel 15 mins for it, so worth it!
